  1. How much is the minimum retail packaging order?

    Minimum retail packaging order value is $150 excluding freight and GST for retail packaging stock products.

    For custom printed paper bags, plastic bags and fabric bags minimums start at 3,000 pieces.

  2. Do I need to create a login to order your retail packaging?

    No. You are able to order your paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags and then register when you go to process payment.

    If you are an existing customer you can login to retrieve your saved information and finalise your paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags order.

  3. Can I pick up my retail packaging goods from the warehouse myself?

    No. Unfortunately due to OH&S restrictions we cannot allow individual customers to pick up their retail packaging goods from the warehouse.

  4. Do you keep my credit card details?

    No. In the interest of keeping your records safe, we keep no record of your credit card details.

  5. When will I get my paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags?

    Retail packaging stock product lead times are 2-7 working days for most regions within Australia. Please note lead times will increase in peak periods, but we will try to deliver your paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags as quickly as possible.

  6. Can I get a sample paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bag before I order?

    Unfortunately we no longer provide one off samples of paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags.

  7. How do I order my paper bags, plastic bags or fabric bags?

    Please note that all retail packaging orders MUST be placed using our online ordering system, as we no longer take over the phone retail packaging orders. If you are having problems with ordering your retail packaging, please check our "how to order" section.

  8. What are your opening hours?

    We are open 24 hours a day online for receiving your retail packaging orders, but are only available 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday for customer service via email: customerservice@gispac.com
